I was woken at around 4 am Monday 3/10 by the sound of running water. Raced into the kitchen - water flowing out from the hot water cupboard. Turned of the water mains and started mopping - then realised that the water was warm and the hot cylinder was draining from the valve. Switched off the hot water cylinder. Sent an online request to Plumbquick.
I phone Plumbquick and spoke to the call centre person who said that the plumber would be at my place before 12.00 midday.
Ronal and another plumber turned up around 11.30 am and replaced both valves. I was so relieved and grateful that they arrived that day. Ronal replaced both valves, and I decided that since my cylinder was 25 years old with a lot of rusty sediment in it that it would be best to replace the HWC. Ronal gave me a quote which I accepted. I
I received a txt from Ronal on Tuesday to say the new HWC was on its way, and he could install on Thursday 8.30 ish.
The new HWC was installed this morning !!!!

Michael Barker was the 2nd qualified plumber from Plumbquick who came to assess our ceiling leak. He is a real credit to the company. He rang before arriving, quickly investigated the problem, and then did remedial repairs straight away. So lucky we were told to ask for him specifically for a second opinion. Shower needed replacing due to cracked tray, called Plumbquick and Max was around the next day to quote and then back within a couple of days to do the job, he turned up on time every day, communicated quickly with progress and confirming timing. Job was done quickly and to a high standard and very tidy worker.

We have used PlumbQuick once before and we were impressed with their customer service. Today Ronald fixed the leak under the kitchen bench (other plumbers have not been able to pinpoint the problem) and he also installed a new tap ware. Kane did an amazing job as we had several problems. The bathroom taps were refitted after a leak, toilets fixed. Also great advice on where to find new kitchen tap and returned to fit it and part with insinkerator.
Kane also looked at my gas fire after mentioning it had a strong gas smell when turned off. Every problem fixed, amazing service and nice friendly guy.

Steven was extremely professional, prompt and helpful.

Ronal arrived when he said he would which is uncommon for a tradesman. What a nice guy he consulted me before he did the work he worked fast and was realy good at what he did, and cleaned up after himself. Great value, it was cheaper than I thought it would be as plumbers usually charge like wounded bulls.
Overall I would highly recommend him to anyone I know, and will definitely be using him again.

A note to thank Ronal for coming to my rescue last week when I had a burst pipe leaking behind a wall causing water seepage through my bathroom and hall. Ronal was on site so quickly and fixed the problem immediately. He is an exceptional person and so efficient. Thanks Plumbquick for sorting out my crisis sewage leak problem - a plumber came out the same day to confirm what was going on and give advice, then Shayne the drainage assessor made a helpful visit the next day. The full repair was done by Campbell who was a pleasure to work with - competent, patient and courteous in steadily dealing with a difficult job, excavating/cutting massive tree roots/repairing pipe with unfailing good humour. Thanks also to Hannah and Grace and Kylie who were practical and helpful on the phone.

I needed a plumber, then Googled and picked Plumbquick randomly.
I didn't bother to see the 'customers reviews' as I thought they are just promotional stuff (i.e. not that reliable).
The service they provided yesterday has absolutely changed my views.
Firstly, they responded within the same day (as advertised).
Secondly, the plumber took only a few minutes to identify the leaking source whereas my builders and roof tilers have been working for months but still fruitless.
Thirdly, the charges was extremely reasonable especially in light of the excellent service quality.
I am so pleased having found a plumber I can rely from now on.

Excellent service from Kane : discovered the 'source' of the problem within minutes of arrival and completed the job, including checks of the drainage system, all within the first 30 minutes. Add - Kane cleaned up the area so well that one would hardly believe he had been! 4. I asked advice regarding another 'job' I would like to have done - Kane answered every question I had and also suggested I visit the Plumbquick website for this. Professional and excellent service.

We have dealt with Plumbquick a few times now for full bathroom installation as well as minor jobs. Easy to deal with, very good communication, reliable - they come when they say they will and also call when they are on their way. Ronald did what we asked and also said that what we thought was a blocked basin was not, it was just how that type of basin drained. So, I feel you can trust these guys not to do work that is not necessary. Would definitely recommend

John phoned me to confirm appointment 15 minutes before he arrived ~ which was ideal as I was outside for exercise 15 minutes from home. He cleared the blockage within minutes of checking the problem and asked him to check leak in ubend. He said I needed to replace worn trap washer which was promptly replaced with one I had at home. Then he repaired dripping tap in bath.

Chris arrived at my property as promised and tried his best to find where the problems are firstly. Then, he helped us build the tempera pipeline in order us have a daily water supply. After 40 years or so my hot water cylinder died. Ronal spent the day here replacing the cylinder and making sure everything in the house was working correctly under the new water pressure.

Very happy with the work that Plumbquick did. We had an old cylinder that failed and needed to be replaced, both Plumbers that came out were courteous, well presented and respectful of our home. Nathan had a very tight and complex space to work around but talked to us to come up with the best solution for our household.

The fastest and best plumbing service I have ever experienced. The request for service was seamless and John rang saying he was 10 minutes away and then ''boom'' he was at my place and job done. Burst water main. Only had to wait around 30 minutes from calling it in to getting ti fixed. Use Plumb Quick for any jobs you have - they are simply wonderful.

I recently needed a leaking toilet and non working tap repaired. Faced with a 3 week wait from a plumber I had previously used I contacted Plumbquick. The plumber, Pete, was an 'excellent advertisement' for Plumbquick. He was thorough, efficient and competent. He had a great sense of humour while remaining professional. I would definitely use Plumbquick again and would specifically ask for Pete if I had the 'misfortune' to require a plumber again.
